Our next tip might be a surprise- Honesty and integrity. don't lie or exaggerate to such a point that the stuff you say is a lie. Focus on the highlights of your house, especially features that are bonus, like good sunlight in winter, etc. and if there are any discrepancies, like a broken wall you repaired, don't be afraid to mention it. Buyers have respect for a seller's honesty; making them feel secure about purchasing your home. Buyers do not like the "unknown" part of purchasing a home. You can ease their anxiety by offering a year home warranty as well. This makes your home more marketable.
