Two-thirds of this generation is using an app to shop for a home, and 30 percent find their realtor and/or lender online. Keep in mind, millennials (buyers aged 18-35) now account for the largest share of home buyers at 35 percent. So next time you're sending out mailers, consider an online approach instead because your next client could be just a click away.
