Are you trying to reach the newest generation of home buyers? Get online! Research shows that 96 percent of millennials do their home-buying research online. Two-thirds of this generation is using an app to shop for a home, and 30 percent find their realtor and/or lender online. Keep in mind, millennials (buyers aged 18-35) now account for the largest share of home buyers at 35 percent.
